目的:总结PFNA治疗老年股骨转子间骨折的临床疗效。方法:2007年1月至2008年3月用PFNA固定治疗老年股骨转子间不同类型骨折29例。结果:所有患者治疗优良率为93.1%,功能恢复接近伤前水平。结论: 用PFNA固定治疗老年患者股骨转子间骨折,手术操作简单,大大缩短手术时间,固定切实可靠,无断钉及髋内翻畸形发生,能使患者早期进行患肢功能锻炼及下床,大大降低长期卧床的并发症,效果满意。
